The End of the First Week, the Beginning of the Second

Today I weighed myself for the first time in a week. I am down 1.6 pounds. I really thought it would be more since I was just starting out. I also had my period this week, so I don't know how much of a difference that made. I have not been perfect, but I have been drinking all of my water eating 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies each day. Overall, I have stayed within my calorie range. I think I only went over once. There were two days that I was under my calories for the day. I have been exercising, but nothing too difficult. I want to start slow, since I am so out of shape. I guess I am happy that I am losing, but I do wish it were more. My stress level is incredibly high. Christina's problems with her epilepsy, and all the seizures that she has been having have been just horrible for Bob and I. I really can't stand it! I hope that this new medicine will work.

Well, today is the first day of the second week, so I will go make some wise choices, and exercise, and see where it goes.
