o.k., i am going up and down by 3# on a weekly basis. I can't seem to stick to anything and i am ready to quit! I know this will get me nowhere, but i am still searching for that one thing that is going to get me started. Well i can start, but i don't continue. I decided last night that i do not look forward to the food tracking. it seems like more of a chore! So right now my commitment is to blog my 2 days a week, and track my exercise. This will be a different angle for me, let's see how i do!!
