1/16/2009 End of 2nd week, beginning of 3rd

I lost 0.4 lbs this past week. I was disappointed at first, but I figured out that I have lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks, and my goal is to lose 1 lb per week. I have been doing pretty well staying within my calorie range, however, I did have two days this past week when I went over. I need to be exercising more consistently. I have been getting very winded and light-headed during my workouts. I want to burn the calories, but I need to feel good about it. I have been doing the stationary bike, some aerobic DVDs, and some strength training recommended by SP. I want to be healthy, but sometimes it is SO hard to make the right choices. For some reason, night time is HARD for me. I don't know if it is habit or boredom or what, but I feel hungry at night when I am wathing TV or even cleaning the kitchen before bed. I wish I could figure that out. To me it feels likd I am STARVING!! I can't be THAT hungry, but it sure feels like I am. I have been reading a lot of articles on SP to try to figure all of this out and to come up with some strategies to deal with this hunger, or whatever it is.
