End of Week 2

I made it through 2 weeks of bootcamp! I was sick Sunday and Monday, but I made up the missed bootcamp workouts, and upped my cardio minutes through the rest of the week so that I was able to get MORE exercise minutes than I had last week!
I weighed myself this morning...I stayed the same...which is fine with me considering the splurges I made this week. I didn't eat much while I was sick, but then when I felt better, I wanted to eat anything I could get my hands on! On Thursday, a friend from work and I went out to lunch at a new restaurant...I did NOT follow my diet. The food was FANTASTIC and totally worth every calorie, but I'm sure that's why I didn't lose anything this week.
SO...today I'm making a BIG pot of chili to be for dinner tonight and lunch all week. I LOVE chili, and it's cheap and easy to make. I do SO much better when I have a game plan for food for the week.
I'm going to make it my goal to get 300 exercising minutes this week...I came SO close last week...295...I know I can do it! I'm following my diet, and I'm going to have my own snacks at work so I won't be tempted by any snacks that people bring in. I feel a loss coming on!
