End of Week 2

I made it through 2 weeks of bootcamp! I was sick Sunday and Monday, but I made up the missed bootcamp workouts, and upped my cardio minutes through the rest of the week so that I was able to get MORE exercise minutes than I had last week!

I weighed myself this morning...I stayed the same...which is fine with me considering the splurges I made this week. I didn't eat much while I was sick, but then when I felt better, I wanted to eat anything I could get my hands on! On Thursday, a friend from work and I went out to lunch at a new restaurant...I did NOT follow my diet. The food was FANTASTIC and totally worth every calorie, but I'm sure that's why I didn't lose anything this week.

SO...today I'm making a BIG pot of chili to be for dinner tonight and lunch all week. I LOVE chili, and it's cheap and easy to make. I do SO much better when I have a game plan for food for the week.

I'm going to make it my goal to get 300 exercising minutes this week...I came SO close last week...295...I know I can do it! I'm following my diet, and I'm going to have my own snacks at work so I won't be tempted by any snacks that people bring in. I feel a loss coming on!

    It is so hard to stay on track when you are sick. You dont eat anything and then all of the sudden. You want to eat everything. Thats how it works with me. Good job on the planning this week. I think I will take a cue from you and plan.

    Good for you on the chili. I couldn't do 300 min a week yet but I am getting stronger daily. emoticon on getting through bootcamp. I was not able to participate because my 'puter is in my husbands dressing room, not enough room.LOL Keep on going right to the end and then find another challenge. I know you can do this,

    I'm so glad you feel better, it's no fun being sick!
    The chili sounds great, it's snowing like crazy here and it sounds like JUST the thing for a winter day. Hope you have a good week, you can do 300 minutes, I'm certain!
