Week Two

Well I should have written this saturday or sunday but I've been kinda under the weather. This week I lost 1-2 pounds, I'm not sure which because I have had my monthly vistor and I would like to think some of it is water. I feel so bloated these days! I've amped up my workouts too, I do an hour and half a day and an hour of that time I have 4 pound weights on each ankle. It's made it hard, and my legs burn but I know I'm doin something.
I've also been sore from doing this new thing I got, it's called a Pilates Bar. I bought it at wal-mart and it's awesome. It came with a workout video and they really work. I don't normally like pilates but I love this. I hope I can keep up this hard work. With going to school, doin housework and caring for kids I get so tired.
I watched Biggest Loser tonight, I was shocked at who they voted off! All well, I guess they know what they are doin.
