Week Two

Well I should have written this saturday or sunday but I've been kinda under the weather. This week I lost 1-2 pounds, I'm not sure which because I have had my monthly vistor and I would like to think some of it is water. I feel so bloated these days! I've amped up my workouts too, I do an hour and half a day and an hour of that time I have 4 pound weights on each ankle. It's made it hard, and my legs burn but I know I'm doin something.
I've also been sore from doing this new thing I got, it's called a Pilates Bar. I bought it at wal-mart and it's awesome. It came with a workout video and they really work. I don't normally like pilates but I love this. I hope I can keep up this hard work. With going to school, doin housework and caring for kids I get so tired.

I watched Biggest Loser tonight, I was shocked at who they voted off! All well, I guess they know what they are doin.

    1-2 lbs/week is a good weight loss rate. there are studies showing that the slower you take it off the more likely you are to keep it off. since you are so busy it is even more important for you to find some personal time- i know you've been working hard- keep it up!

    1-2 pounds loss is pretty good for a week. Yeah I was mad when I saw the show too. I was shocked. If I were John's team I would not confirm with Julians team on who I want to vote off ever again.
