ALERT! personal best!!!

okay, so, i just have to say... the last blog i posted, you know, about more cardio and pushing it to the limit... well, i did today! groovylynda, a fellow sparker, left a comment on the blog recommending i check out some podcasts and i found some podrunner podcasts that were free to put on my new ipod nano, and i hit the treadmill today telling myself "i like to run" ... and well, i did something i never did before... from minute 10 to minute 30, i jogged the WHOLE TIME. NON-STOP!!! i've never jogged 20 minutes straight in my life! it was really funny, because at minute 20, i was like, you ran 10 minutes straight, good job! and then i was like, hmm.. i wonder if i can run 10 more minutes... and I DID!!! it was such an awesome feeling. i started wanting to run, if you can believe that!!! so i started thinking.. like this is only my 2nd day of starting to run... yesterday i did 4 miles in 54 minutes. today i did 4 miles in 46 minutes. i did a helluva lot more running today than i did yesterday, i can tell ya that! but anyway, i just wanted to share this with you guys, and send a BIG thank you to Lynda! keep on me about my running, if you guys don't see me talkin about it. i want to transform... i love my sparkpeople, you guys are the BEST!!!

    Wow, great job on the running!!! Nothing feels better than being all sweaty and tired afterwards. Be careful though, running is sooo addictive.

    Girl, that is soo great! in my kick boxing class last night i just kept thinking about your blog about cardio, and i made it the whole 60 mins with only slowing down once! its crazy how much farther our bodys will let us go than we think. anyways just wanted to say thanks and congrats!! keep up the hard work your doing great!!!

    Congratulations, you've caught the running bug. Soon you will not know how to stop:P thats a great personal best! I really cannot. heehee. I also have the ipod nano nike+ system that tracks my runs for me, incredibly motivating. I am forever changed.
