okay, so, i just have to say... the last blog i posted, you know, about more cardio and pushing it to the limit... well, i did today! groovylynda, a fellow sparker, left a comment on the blog recommending i check out some podcasts and i found some podrunner podcasts that were free to put on my new ipod nano, and i hit the treadmill today telling myself "i like to run" ... and well, i did something i never did before... from minute 10 to minute 30, i jogged the WHOLE TIME. NON-STOP!!! i've never jogged 20 minutes straight in my life! it was really funny, because at minute 20, i was like, you ran 10 minutes straight, good job! and then i was like, hmm.. i wonder if i can run 10 more minutes... and I DID!!! it was such an awesome feeling. i started wanting to run, if you can believe that!!! so i started thinking.. like this is only my 2nd day of starting to run... yesterday i did 4 miles in 54 minutes. today i did 4 miles in 46 minutes. i did a helluva lot more running today than i did yesterday, i can tell ya that! but anyway, i just wanted to share this with you guys, and send a BIG thank you to Lynda! keep on me about my running, if you guys don't see me talkin about it. i want to transform... i love my sparkpeople, you guys are the BEST!!!
