Boot Camp Progress 1/21/09

I just completed 2 weeks of the "New You Bootcamp" and started week 3.
I gained 5 pounds over the holidays & since the bootcamp workouts, I lost 3 of those pounds.
I'm happy about that, but not so happy for gaining back to begin with. But I guess
that 's, that!
Since I started bootcamp , I now can see a big difference in my thighs the most. I have been doing Day 1 kickboxing regularly, & it has made a big difference.
Over haul, my body looks a little better. My hips & thighs are firming up for the most part.
I am happy I decided to participate in the "New You Bootcamp Challenge"
Thanks to Coach Nicole, I'm making good progress. I thank her for taking the time to help me & the others feel & look better.
