End Of Week 3 Boot camp 1/25/09

After three weeks of New You Boot Camp, altogether I lost 4 pounds. One more pound to lose, then I reached the weight I was before the holidays.
Boot camp is fun and when it's over I intend to do these workouts on and off within the months. I lost inches which is what I needed. emoticon emoticon emoticon
