Another new routine!

I'm trying the Lane Norton Split and so far it is quite taxing on the body so I may alternate between this split one week and another the second week. Anyways here is what it looks like:
MON: Upper body power (heavy lifting between 5-8 reps)
TUES: Lower body power
THURS: Chest, Back, Shoulders Hypertrophy
FRI: Legs Hypertrophy
SAT: Arms Hypertrophy
