Today I was waaaaaay below my calories for the day by dinner time. I eat the same breakfast every day (1 serving oatmeal, brown sugar, pecans and a fruit) and eat about the same thing for lunch every day... what the heck was the difference?
Snacks. I didn't snack today like I usually do. I just wasn't hungry during the day. Now, even with eating a Paczki (Polish Mardi Gras donut) I am still below my calorie count for the day!
So now, I have to find a happy medium. I need to snack enough that I am not hungry throughout the day, don't go over my calorie range, but still meet my caloric needs for the day.
