Snacking Solution

Well, I went to my WW Meeting and WI last week and am down another 2.2 for a total of 11.8! I am very excited about that. I noticed myself lately walking by the pretzel bag or the rice cakes bag and grabbing one. Not good! So, I solved it by bagging everything up into 2 point servings. This way I have to decide do I really want to eat that 2 points or not or do I want something more filling.

I also went through and got rid of any snack type items that really were not too good for me or were too tempting.

They gave out a recipe for 1 point chili at my meeting last week and I am going to go to the store and buy the stuff to make it this week. It sounds good.

Well, I solved the snack beast dilemma for today...lol.

    Another 2 pounds is great! Good idea to get rid of unhealthy snacks. I don't dare have them in the house.

    Good plan, Krissy! I do that with almonds. I put 15 almonds into little snack-size bags.... that's 104 calories. It's a good source of protein and I make sure I'm not eating too many. (Those little things can be addictive!) It's also MUCH cheaper to bag your own snacks...
