Still Eating Clean 1/26/09

Monday, January 26, 2009

Yes I'm still eating clean & getting use to eating this way automatically. I feel very guilty if I eat different. During the holidays I was feeling so guilty because I did, and as a result I gained 5 pounds. I wanted to test and see if it would make a big difference. Obviously it sure did! I didn't even eat that much of junk food and I gained. I can't eat food like that. So that's it for me, food that's not healthy for me has to be out of the picture for me. I gain weight immediately form it.

I workout and do without things to feel & look good, so the few pounds I gained was frustrating for me. Where did I gain, right on my stomach & this is where I try to exercise frequently. So I must learn to watch . I gained an inch back on my waist just from gaining 5 pounds. I can't believe it.

I did join, The New You Boot Camp, which is for the month of January, & is almost ended. I did lose 1/2 inch on my waist in three weeks. Hopefully I'll lose the other 1/2 by the end of the month.

So I advise everyone, Eat Clean, it does knock weight & inches off of you & you'll be eating all healthy foods.
I intend to live my life , eating all healthy foods, because I can't put myself through this stress anymore. I'm ripping made at myself. But feeling better now that I'm almost back. It's rough to lose weight & to maintain it also.
Can't win, Right!

Lee, you do most things right, so sometimes we have to let up on ourselves. Congrats on losing that half an inch, I am sure you will get the other half off also, you are very dedicated.

I have learned that for me products containing wheat, or oats, can add an inch to my waistiline in no time. I try to avoid these products but its just not always possible, so moderation is key. I try to also avoid junk food and it helps.

Good luck to you, your doing great!
