Tipping the scale

I'm really nervous about tomorrow's weigh in. I mean I have been good on calories just If i have gained weight I tend to lose motivation even though plateau happen. Any thoughts... BTW some friends on here would be nice, I just don't know how to add or make friends.

    Hi Will! Friends are easy. Post in your teams and on the message boards, read some of the blogs and sparkpages and leave encouraging comments. When you come across a story, blog or comment the particularly speaks to you, pop over to the person's sparkpage and click the little "Add to My Friends" button in the top right corner. The person will get a note that they've been added to your friends. If you are encouraging and supportive, they may add you as one of theirs. Right now I'm going to add you to my friends!
