No more Bootcamp?! WTH??

Alright, so bootcamp is over and I wasn't that successful. I did okay but I only gave it a 70% effort. So now it's back to being on my own and I intend to give it 95% effort from here on out (no one is perfet afterall).

Here are the Stats for Sunday:
Calories - (1620-1970) 1711
Water - 1L
Fruits/Vegs - 1/2
Cardio - 20 km run - 2:18:58 LSD run

*Carbs s/b 55%, I was at 51.4
Protein s/b 15%, I was at 13.9
Fats s/b 30%, I was at 34.7

And here are today's:
Calories - (1620-1970) 2279
Water - 2L
Fruits/Vegs - 4/3
Cardio - 30 minute stationary bike ride
Strength - 2 sets of the GL FitFix +

*Carbs s/b 55%, I was at 52.6
Protein s/b 15%, I was at 19.5
Fats s/b 30%, I was at 27.8

Tonight's calories were over but yesterday's were under so I'm calling it even. Percentages were good...exercise was good. Yep, it's all good. emoticon
