Following the program day four

I made the commitment to some of my fellow Rookie Runners to stay within calorie, and nutrient, range. It's day four now and I've done well. I think it helps to know that other people are watching.

Here are the Stats for Tuesday:
Calories - (1620-1970) 1931
Water - 2.5L
Fruits/Vegs - 2/3
Cardio - 27 minute 4 km run

*Carbs s/b 55% I was at 53.4
Protein s/b 15%, I was at 16.8
Fats s/b 30%, I was at 29.7

And here are today's:
Calories - (1620-1970) 2453
Water - 2.5L
Fruits/Vegs - 2/5
Cardio - 29 minutes, 3.8 kms - WORST RUN OF THE WEEK!!

*Carbs s/b 55%, I was at 53.5
Protein s/b 15%, I was at 16.6
Fats s/b 30%, I was at 29.9

So today did not go so well. I ate chips AND a cookie that I should not have. I had the crappiest run of the week, possibly the month and .... well there's some other stuff that I just don't know how to process yet. But I'm working on it. I guess that's why I ate so much unrequired crap today. *sigh* just when I thought I was over my emotional eating.
