SP Exercise 2/5/09

I have been doing for the past week, Spark People's "Exercise of the Day", which is located at the right side of the page.
I think it's a great idea. I actually got the idea from one of my teams I belong to. I even gave the "Exercise of the Day", as a challenge to do everyday to the team I'm co-leader of, but no one has responded to it yet. I guess they don't think it's such a good idea as I think it is.
Well I say, to each it's own! I think if you can't workout that day, at least try to do the exercise of the day, & you'll really benefit from this.
Everyday it's something different, so by the end of the week, you'll have worked out all parts of your body.
I find myself actually, looking forward for the days exercise.
So try it people, it can only help!
