SP Exercise 2/5/09

I have been doing for the past week, Spark People's "Exercise of the Day", which is located at the right side of the page.
I think it's a great idea. I actually got the idea from one of my teams I belong to. I even gave the "Exercise of the Day", as a challenge to do everyday to the team I'm co-leader of, but no one has responded to it yet. I guess they don't think it's such a good idea as I think it is.

Well I say, to each it's own! I think if you can't workout that day, at least try to do the exercise of the day, & you'll really benefit from this.
Everyday it's something different, so by the end of the week, you'll have worked out all parts of your body.
I find myself actually, looking forward for the days exercise.
So try it people, it can only help!

    Way to go on doing the excercise of the day everyday!
    I have been on sparkpeople for over two years and have never actually tried the SP excercise of the day. I just may have to try that. right now I'm on dr's (well nurses) orders of no excercise for the moment. but hoping that won't last very long. soon as I am cleared for excercise again (which I am very eager for) I'll have to try them.

    Hey Lee,
    I also like doing the SP exercise of the day and if there's one i can't do for some reason i go and look in the library part and choose one from there.
