Great Workout Day!

Thursday I was soooooo tired! I had had the plan to workout at the Y that night taking the Strength Class and then the Cycling class. Well, mom calls and she has a dr's appointment that I need to take her to. I'm sitting in the dr's office waiting foom and I am just falling asleep in the chair. I could barely stay awake! So there was that and then by the time the appointment was over it was too late to get to the Y on time. So no workout that day.
Friday I was to do 30 mins on the elliptical and I overslept! I just kept hitting the snooze. SIGH - no workout.
SO! This morning I go to the Y and since I am the teacher, well, there's just no not getting a wokout in is there? First class was at 8 am and it's double step. I had taught it 2 weeks ago and it went a little rough. I've never taught double step before this class or made up a routine to one so it's been interesting. One of the ladies who had taken my class a couple of weeks ago had made a comment to another instructor who was taking my class that she felt that I wasn't breaking it down very well... well... that's OK. I appreciate constructive criticism. :)
I had a good turnout this morning and the same lady was there. I taught the class, breaking things down in the classic way, and we all had a blast. Afterward she stopped me told me what a great class it was! It's good when you get your rhythm going :)
At 9 am I taught the Strength Class and had a HUGE turnout! Another good class. :)
Then while my daughter was in swimming I took a cycling class - didn't go full out but still got the heart rate up and had a good workout.
I think I burned 1500 calories in those 3 classes - if not more! WOO HOO!...
