I think I know why you work so hard and still put on a pound and why you fluctuate so much. I was just looking at your food log and you are way under 1200 calories a day. What you are tracking is heavy on sodium & carbs. You might want to rethink your eating plan.

I know that we have talked about this before and you blew me and the rest of SparkPower off pretty good but I thought that since you can now see that this way isn't working you might reconsider.
