Yesterday I did a lot of yard work. This morning I weighed myself and I did not lose or gain any pounds, which is good I guess. It is supposed to be nice out again today and I may go out for a walk during lunch today.

I have been watching my salt and carb intake and I will be watching that a little better. Starting this week I plan on trying to stay within my calorie intake and not below it. I think part of my problem is that if I eat too much I will gain the pounds back but figure that if I eat within my calorie intake and keep exercisinglike I have and walking that it will be okay.

I appreciate all the ideas and comments that Spark Power and the rest of my teams have been putting on my blogs. I take them into consideration. Hopefully this week will be a better week for me and I will have good results.

    A lot of the time, it's a matter of trial and error. What works for one person may not work for another. But one thing I've learned about you, you are determined and you'll succeed. And you'll succeed for the reason you mentioned in your blog.... you're willing to take advice from others and try it for yourself to see if it works. If it doesn't, then you know not to try it again. I always look to the experiences of others to help me. Keep up the great work!
