Yesterday I did a lot of yard work. This morning I weighed myself and I did not lose or gain any pounds, which is good I guess. It is supposed to be nice out again today and I may go out for a walk during lunch today.
I have been watching my salt and carb intake and I will be watching that a little better. Starting this week I plan on trying to stay within my calorie intake and not below it. I think part of my problem is that if I eat too much I will gain the pounds back but figure that if I eat within my calorie intake and keep exercisinglike I have and walking that it will be okay.
I appreciate all the ideas and comments that Spark Power and the rest of my teams have been putting on my blogs. I take them into consideration. Hopefully this week will be a better week for me and I will have good results.
