2009 Goals

I will continue to do the following:

*Treadmill 15 mins (minimum) - 5 days a week
*Strength Train - 3 times a week
*Daily Feed and Keep my SPARK alive- reading emails and log-in
*Clean out the clutter in my life - a pile at a time

I will start to do the following:
*Be more generous and giving to others - my clutter could be someone elses treasure, united way, listening to peoples needs and trying to fulfil them.
*Be more socialable and outgoing -work functions & online
*Laugh More - I laugh already, but more could never hurt - as I get older some things just aren't worth taking seriously.
*Play pool with my partner once a month - doing something others desire to do and taking the time to do it.
