New Jeans~~No Elastic!

I finally had to break down and buy some new jeans. My 'best' pair (translate the ones that weren't about wore out anyway) of 26's were really starting to sag in the crotch unless I pulled them way up over my tummy. So I went to Wal-Mart last night and tried on 2 pairs of 24's. They were both sans elastic, and they both fit!!! I haven't worn jeans without an elastic waist in years! Of course, it didn't hurt that they both had some stretch to them, but they actually fit well. Not at all like a size 26 bottom crammed into a size 24. LOL! I chose the pair that wasn't a foot too long, and the old jeans will be going into the Goodwill pile!
