Nothing spectacular happened in the last few days. Although, I do have to say that Sunday's run was pretty nice and the BodyFlow classes that I went to were quite enjoyable. Hopefully, I'll be getting back into the swing of things at the gym. I NEED to do more strength training and I have to keep doing Flow classes because they make me feel good. I don't know why I keep giving it up. Someone really should kick me in the butt sometimes. Seriously.
