I gained a pound when I weighed myself this morning. I did all my strength exercises last night. I went back to what I ate when I was losing the weight and I have to cut out sweets and sodas and go back to drinking water and not having any sweets. I think that will help a little. I am not down on myself, I am just going to try harder to get back down.
