Happy Valentine's Day!

Saturday, February 14, 2009

Yesterday I got wonderful flowers and chocolates and tonight we are going out for a very nice dinner!

Today, as every Saturday is, it's my biggest workout day. I taught 2 classes at the Y - a double step class and a strength class. Then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. That's a total of 150 minutes of cardio! I got a new HRM monitor yesterday (the puppy ate the old one) so I was finally able to see how many calories I burned. So... are you ready??? It totalled 1769!!!!

Definitely going to enjoy dinner tonight!

Here's the menu and the wine selections with each course - YUM!!

Dinner was great and the portions were very reasonable so we didn't feel too full or bloated when we left. It was a very nice dinner - but so heavy on the protein! Today I am going to have to eat just carbs to balance it all out. :)
