helloooo sparkies!!! feelin real good today. i did shoulders, abs, and 1 hour on the arc trainer today... i was disgustinggg. LOVE IT!!! i'm on my 7th quart of water right now. been doing AWESOME with my nutrition. i didn't even have a treat day last week. i think i might have one this week, though. i've been changing up my routine a bit lately.. so this is basically my new one:
sundays & wednesdays = shoulders, abs, 1 hr. of cardio.
mondays & thursdays = back, chest, 45 min. of cardio.
tuesdays & fridays = biceps, triceps, 45 min. of cardio.
saturdays = OFF
on friday, i had an exciting moment.. i did 3 sets of bicep curls with 12.5lb dumbells, and when i was taking a sip of water, i thought, i wonder if i can do 15 lbs... so i picked them up, and i did ONE WHOLE SET WITH 15 LB. DUMBELLS!! first time ever... i was so pumped. i came home and shared the news with my bro and my dad.. my dad's all like, "15 lbs?? well don't hurt yourself.. geez.." and i was like, "dad, i'm not gonna hurt myself, it's not that much, and i know what i'm doing" and he's like, "well... well, don't get too big.. buncha muscles." .... this coming from the same dad that was making me feel like sh*t about my weight 4 years ago. GRRR. always such a concerned father...LOL. him saying that about me lifting 15's helped me set the goal that in 2 weeks, 15 lb. dumbells will be the ones i use anytime i do bicep curls. OHHH YEAAA! :) i'm so stoked. seriously.
but yea, so i don't have to be back at work til 11:30 am on thursday.. plenty of time to myself so i can GO HARD... excited! hope all of you have a great week!
