"Dating makes you fat"

Words of "wisdom" from my friend, Ryan. I scoffed at him at the time but, now that I've gained 6.5 pounds, it's not as funny. So I've readjusted my weight and have a new calorie range to show for it. I'm back down to 1550 calories as my maximum. That's almost 500 less than last week and I'm going to miss them yet it's time to get my eating back on track. I've been eating a ridiculous amount of crap and having too many beer. Now, I'm not saying that I've been out drinking excessively BUT when you only have one a two beer in 6 months and then you have a dozen over two or three weeks...... well, as I tell my clients, EMPTY CALORIES.
So today, it's back on the wagon:
-Five servings of fruits and vegetables
-Eight glasses of water
-30 minutes of cardio
My goal for this week is a deficit of 3500 calories.

    I slept most of the day so the water is low but I'll do better tomorrow.
