So January wasn't such a great month: I lost a total of 8 pds (Woohoo) doing the Special K diet, but gained back more than half of what I had lost :(. I was constantly hungry and would munch on anything from a piece of baby carrot to a whole bag of Cheetos Crunchy (yes, i'm ashamed of it too lmaoo). But anyway, I finally got back on track, I ditched the restrictive diet of Special but learned 3 things from it:
-Up my fruits/veggies intake (and of course water)
-NEVER GO ON A DIET (ayayay! I almost died of hunger for eating less than 1200 cals/day)
So I'm back on track and I lost 1 pd, it's not a big deal but at least I know I won't get that pound back anytime soon!! :D AND I choose to focus on inches!! Now I need to stay motivated..IT'S FEBRUARY 16 ALREADY!!
