Another Day 2 and 3

So yesterday was Tuesday and it was another "day 2" of getting back on track.
It looked like this:
Calories today: 1425/1550
Fruit/Veggies: 4/3
Water: 9 (2.25L)
Cardio/Strength: 25 minutes of running

Today is looking good so far but I've been invited out for wings tonight. This worries me as I LOVE the wings at Woody's. I've already made Richard promise that he won't offer to buy me a beer but ohhhh the wings.... I'm going to try (TRY) to only have two or three. Regardless, it'll probably put me over my calories for the first time in three days. *sigh* I guess it's a good thing that I'm running tonight and I'll burn off a few extra cals.

Day 3:
Calories today: 2302/1550
Fruit/Veggies: 2/4
Water: 9 (2.25L)
Cardio/Strength: 42 minute run (3 Hills)

I'm never, never, never eating pub-prepared chicken wings again. There was way too much sodium in them to make them a worthwhile snack. My sodium intake for today (using another FF chain's nutrition info) is over 10,000 mg!!! And I was doing SO well.

My run was freakin' awesome though. I ran well and without pain for the whole 5.5 kms. I'm so glad that I didn't allow last nights horrible run keep me off the pathways tonight.

Tomorrow, I'll be back on track. You can bet on it.

    Isn't the sodium awful? That's why I hate eating out now... for that alone!
