This is Getting Harder

This week hasn't been so easy. We bought 3 pounds of chopped BBQ. My old eating habits would have been to eat it as fast as I could to make sure I got my fair share! LOL I was able to eat it sensibly. (For the most part!) I've also only walked one day so far this week, but I plan to walk today and hopefully the rest of the week. I have an office meeting today with a title company providing lunch. Hopefully it will be either something healthy or something I can resist.

I'm still down 1.5 pounds from last week, but I can do better.

    Congrat's on the 1.5 pound loss last week. Every loss keeps us motivated. I try to walk 6 days a week for 30 minutes each. I've done so the past 2 years and dropped 15 pounds along with eating healthy/portion control. Walking is a great way to stay in shape and is so much more enjoyable than a treadmill at a gym. Healthy eating/lifestyle is a journey, so enjoy the ride!
