Today I did Kickin Core, Turbo Jam for 60 minutes. I really like this workout, I like it more than the Turbo Jam cardio Blast, although they are similar.
I also did a Trampoline workout /w/ jacks, which I did, (1000) jacks on it today. Doing jacks on the trampoline is so much easier on your knees and it's so much fun doing all different exercises on it.
You get a terrific workout on the trampoline, I highly recommend, to purchase one if you have room in your home for one.
I also did: modified planks: 3 x 2 minutes
: Full side Planks/w/reach: 3 x 2 minute holds
Mountain Climbers: 300 reps
Crab and bear walks: 3 x 2 minute walk for both
Push ups/on/stepper: 50 reps (at a incline)
Tricep Dips: 75 reps
SP Boot camp lower body workout: 25 minutes (Variety of lower)
After dinner I always walk Rocky,
for 30 minutes for the night. I at least get 30 minutes a day walking /w/Rocky.
When the Spring and Summer time comes, I walk/w/ Rocky for an hour or more. I can't wait for the nice weather and longer days. Soon it will be here.
It's so nice to hear the birds chirping, that's when you know the Spring is in the air!
