As some of you may know I challenged myself to walk/run/jog at least 1 mile everyday. J

Just and update that I am currently at 51 days in a row. Now its hard to not do it b/c of the streak I do have going.

TO make this more interesting I have done this with severely bruised ribs which might even be broken (I haven't heard from the radiologist yet) But I can still walk....Which means that it will be that much harder to get back into jogging.

    emoticon emoticon I'll keep you in my prayers that you haven't any broken ribs. It will be harder to start jogging again. Just wait luntil you hear from the radiologist to either quit running or maybe even a jog. It is up to the radiologist. Good luck
