Single arm DB rows - dropsets - 50,40,30 to failure x 3 sets each arm
standling cable pullovers: 10 x10 - 3 sets

treadmill 8 mph 1 min intervals between sets
4 minutes heavy bag
45 minutes @ 372 calories burned

Legs
Squats: Close Feet Bar x10, 95 x10
(Maxed for the 1st time in months) 135 x3, 185 x1, 225 x1 (was trying for 235 & failed)
Reverse Lunges w/ 20# DB: 10 reps per leg for 3 sets
Single leg calf raises: 3 sets of 10 reps each

Heavy bag & treadmill intervals between sets
