The train is ready to leave. People all aboard.
Spark Teams, SparkPeople, this train is just for us.
It begins to leave the station it's whistle blowing load and clear.
Chug, Chug, Chug, it goes.
Then picks up speed down the tracks, one way
ticket no coming back.

Everyone is busy greeting each other, as a table is
being set for dinner. Everyone gathers around and
is seated. The table looks just delicious.
Salads, soups, neutritional meals, and snacks.
As the train goes, Chug, Chug, Chug, down the
tracks.

They all share there goals, fitness and
neutrition.
The weight they lost, and the clothes
they fit in.
Songs were sung, jokes were told, stories read,
poetry said.

A week went by, when someone said, "let me off I need to
be feed." They were having a snack attact the worst
kind yet.
Everyone gathered around and tried to help.
Encouraging words were said.
They all agreed to pull the cord, stop the train
and let (he,she) off.

When the train stopped and the door opened
letting the passenger off.
They all said, farwell don't look back.
We aren't getting off, we are continuing down
the track.
Wait the passenger said, I change my mind I
want to go on.
Fighting the snack attact for a fritos bag.

Everyone greeted the passenger back.
Glad you faught the snack attack.
Again they said, "don't look back."
Together they are all meeting their goals.
As the Choo, Choo, train goes down the track.
They all agree to never look back.
