Spinning done today and toning muscles at the same time. Well as I was peddling
along

on my stationary, I was toning muscles by doing many, many reps with light dumbbells.
I did: curls, tricep extensions, front lateral raises, rows/w/DB & bands, also chest presses/w/bands, shoulder presses, lateral raises, hammer curls, side lat pulldown/w/bands, overhead pullover. (70 reps for all)
Crunches: 500
Jacks: 500/on/My trampoline
Lifting side planks: 3 sets x 20 lifts/and/10 second holds
Modified planks: 3 x 2 minute holds
Decline & Incline push ups/on/stepper: 60 reps---30 each one
I did a series of Butt exercises from "Oxygen Magazine":
1.Rear leg lifts: 60 reps each leg
2.Kneeling Kickbacks: 60 reps each leg
3.Hip Raises: 60 reps
4.Lying leg Raises: 60 reps each leg
5.Lunges/w/twists/& 5 LB DB: 60 each leg
6.Squats: 70
Pile Squats/W/Pulses: 100 reps
Walked Rocky, after dinner For 45 Minutes
