If I can just get through this week without gaining it will be a victory. I've been so tired, I've ate fast food, I've skipped breakfast and exercise...
On the days I've ate fast food I've been so afraid I would go over my calories I ended up not eating enough. I need to buy groceries in the morning. Whenever I get low on good food at the house it's so much easier to eat junk and fast food.
What I really want is a box of cookies or a sack of powdered sugar donuts. Maybe I'll buy one of those small packages from the convenience store. Then again, just reading the fat and calories on the package could be enough to change my mind!
