How I tried over the years to lose the weight
I gained.
Only to find out the thought was insane.
I tried many kinds of diets, not a one
of them worked.
I got tired of trying over again.
I even tried diet pills, no effect
did they have.
I was still gaining weight the
most I ever had.
I will never be that skinny girl again
when my size was a ten.
When I walked I walked like a duck.
What can I do I am stuck.
When I climbed the stairs I was
out of breath.
When I reached the top I needed
to rest.
I went to Weight Watchers which
was fun.
Not one pound did I lose not even
one.
When am I going to find what works
for me.
It seems I am destined to stay the
same me.
I have chronic lower back pain and
spinal stenosis.
I went to the doctor he put me on
a diet of 1000 calories a days,
with alot I needed to give up.
I have done this diet now and am
losing weight.
Along with new recipes from sparkpeople
pages.
Now I have a way of tracking my foods.
Keeping a journal on how to improve.
I will not give up, I will reach my goal.
When I do I will let you know.
