Will this flu ever leave my home

Wednesday, March 04, 2009

I am so tired of the smell of bleach. I know that i have been redundant with this whole complaint, but really how long will it be in my house. Dana got it. I have one day care family that is refusing to come to my home till it is gone. I am just so frustrated...... I have done the toys, the door knobs the floors the counters, the stools, the light switches. I have sprayed the furniture, the rubbish barrel.

I have been a clean machine, but this evil vomiting flu is just everywhere. My husband never takes a day off from work. in 18 years of marriage i think he has missed one for a cold. and a couple for minor surgeries.

I am going to give myself some time tonight. I am going to a cardio kickboxing class with the instructor that I used to take classes from. I love her. She is very high energy and has a lot of heart. I am so pumped to have a class withher because she retired from teaching classes a few years ago. Fun Fun Fun. I will pretend that I am kicking and punching the virus at class tonight. It is a really good stress reducer...
I just hope my foot can handle the class tonight. Will see.

The sun is shining, the air is freezing and when the class is over tonight i will treat myself to a saunna. Man, that is the best part of the gym membership!!
:)

My goal for the week is to lose 2.75 lbs so i reach the 25% mark to my weight loss goal!!!! I can do it!

Glad you are feeling better! Great idea to kick and punch the flu virus - I try to outrun my fat butt - but it always cathes up with me emoticon

Hope you reach your weight goal this week - good luck! (and if you don't, we'll still love you!)
