Work out weekend!

Yesterday Aims and I met up at the gym. We did an hour on machines and then we skipped out to have a salad for lunch. We returned to the gym and went for a walk. I think the walk was 2.5 miles. The weather was so mild that we just loved being outside feeling the sun on us and enjoying the site of the snow melting!!! Just a week ago today we got over a foot of snow so to see it melting was great.
On the way back from our walk. My hamstring and my foot were hurting, and Amy's foot and both of her hips were hurting and it is so frustrating. So I chatted with Amy that the closer we get to our goals, the more weight off our body, the better we will feel because there will be less pressure on our joints. We will feel better.
And it is one month until our hike up Mt Monadanock!!!! Hopefully we will get to do it more than once this year!!!
I lost 1.5 this week. So My goal for the week is 1.5 lbs so that I can reach 20 lbs!!!!
I am going to really go for it, but if it does not happen this week, it will the next Week!!
I went to the gym for the Sunday morning spin class. Trainer decided that it was time to go outside. She had us powerwalking/or running, up hills. Doing side sprints .... when we got back to the gym.. lifting. 1 hour and 45 minutes of torture. Thank God Amy was not up for the gym this morning because she was going to meet up with me and then we were going to lift, but i was so pooped when we were done.
One week left in the biggest loser challenge :(
I am so glad that i participated in this challenge. It was a nice beginning to this weight loss adventure.
