Biggest Loser Challenge

After winning the Winter challenge with a 20 pound weight loss in 10 weeks, Friday March 6th I started the biggest loser Spring Challenge. I have decided to push myself so I can reach my goal weight by end of the 10 week which will be May 15th. Since I only have 15 pounds left to go I hope I make it by my birthday May 2nd.
I have never been able to jog, so I am training the right way with a 10 week program given to all of us from our team leader. I hope to do a 5k run at the end of my challenge.
