The Exercise Just Doesn't Stop

Today was a monumental day for me as far as exercise. Here's what it looked like:

7AM 55 minutes on elliptical
9AM-5PM 3 times up 10 flights of stairs at work
6PM 1-hour "HARD CORE" (pilates-type abs class)
7PM 1/2-hour Hula Hoop class
10PM Day 7 of 30-Day Shred

Unfortunately, today also included a not-so-healthy salad, a chocolate chip cookie, 10 candy raspberries, and a skim iced latte...and NONE of those things made it on to my food tracker. (Just so we're not mistaken, the above-mentioned items were in ADDITION to the carefully planned Spark breakfast and lunch.)

Why, sometimes, does feeling bad feel so good? Mwah, ha, ha....
