week 2

So after my 10 day lean jean plan I was down 6 lbs and decided to keep going on my own version of the plan same exercise and 1200-1500 calories per day.
So now week 1 and I am down another 3 lbs...YAY... I was dreading jumping on the scale in fear that I had lost nothing or in fact gained back , but alas another 3 lbs down. emoticon
