Biggest Loser is Done!!

I will not theknow final results on where i landed out of the 35 people that did this competition with, but I am so proud of myself.
I went from 237 to 216
18 min and 26 second mile on the arch to a
14 min and 40 second mile
7 man push ups to 40 man push ups
19 sit ups to 30 push ups
18 in flexability to 22.25 inches
That is the progress over 8 weeks!!!
Amy did so good today. She worked through huge pain to lower her timed mile by 3 minutes. I am just so proud of the accomplishments that we have reached over 8 weeks.
We have 1 week off and then our next challenge begins. A 4 week bootcamp!!!!
So excited about the changes. I am going out for dinner tonight and I am going to enjoy the evening and have a glass of wine. I am celebrating success and by 43rd Birthday which is Monday. And the resteraunt that we are going to has great healthy food so making good choices will be easy!!!.

    I am so proud of you (and Amy!) for all that you have accomplished! Dropping 21 pounds in 8 weeks is awesome...add in the speed, strength, and flexibility and you are an AMAZING AMAZON WOMAN! (imagine that part with reverb...it sounds much cooler in my head that way!)

    Enjoy your dinner and celebration tonight! A glass of wine "ain't nothin'" and eating healthy will make you feel so great to cap off a super day of fantastic news.
