March 21, it spring and I am a mess!

I have officially "undone" my previous hard work on SP and at the gym.
The fact is I am only 1 pound lower than when I first started in 2006.
This is very bad news. I have to lose this weight and get back into fitness and health as a priority.
Gads as I type this my right hand is numb; not at all good.
I feel like a 60 year old beginning to fall apart. I can not let this happen.
Mike & I have joined a gym; but we have not got there yet to start our workout. It was only the evening of the 19th and yesterday was so full of activity; including a huge luncheon.
I ate way too much. I have to start and start now. Oh, I am going to a spaghetti dinnner tonight. I can do this. I don't have to over eat. OR I can say; enjoy Dean a and start on Sunday; I am afraid Sunday will have an excuse too.
What am I to do?
