Breath & Life

Saturday, March 21, 2009

The spirit within man is drawing from something all the time, imbibing of the spirit and spirits involved, encouraged or quenched concerning God’s plan and wisdom. The warning is to be on guard—to guard your heart—for from what is stored in your heart PROCEEDS the specifics of your life; from what is stored there proceed breath for the soul as it relates to life now and the spirit’s on-going eternal life – now, plus forever.

“For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power
[making it active, operative, energizing, and effective];
it is sharper than any two-edged sword,
penetrating to the dividing line of
the breath of life (soul)
and [the immortal] spirit,
and of joints and marrow [of the deepest part of our nature],
exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging
the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.
And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight,
but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless
To the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.” Hebrews 4:12-13 (AMP)

Prayerfully declare the breath of life into every situation:
I take IN the breath of life! I breathe IN life! I breathe IN today, and step INTO tomorrow! Underneath me are the Lord’s everlasting arms, above me are heavens declaring God’s Glory, and within me the life-giving Spirit of God is activated by HIS Words—today, tomorrow, eternally. That is reality—the way it really is; therefore, by the authority of God Most High, I re-order the atmosphere and circumstances around me and re-possess the Breath of God and the Eternal Spirit. I imbibe of THAT Spirit, THAT voice, THAT Word. I declare: “The eternal God is my refuge, and underneath me are the everlasting arms: “And he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, destroy them.” Deuteronomy 33:27 (KJV)
