Everythings slipped away...

Hi guys

Firstly I'd like to apologise for not really being around in the past 4-6 weeks. My only excuse has been 11.5 hour days at work plus weekends. We are working on a major project with a deadline that is unachievable without these sorts of ridiculous hours.

I have been too tired to think about diet or exercise, so I've just been ploughing through day by day, running on coke after coke, eating healthy (most of the time), when I do eat, but not really concentrating on it at all.

Thankfully I've actually either lost weight or stayed the same over these weeks, and last week I re-achieved my lowest weight of 81.5kilos again (I hit that on January 1 this year, but went up from there in Jan/Feb). I'm sitting steady at that weight this week again, so I'm still very pleased with that result.

I have at least another 2 weeks of these ridiculous hours, more likely another 3.5 months of it as there is another project following straight on from this one *sigh* We hope its not as cruel as this one though... we'll see though.

I've missed chatting to you all - so why not drop me a note to let me know how your going. I'll be stopping in as often as possible to catch up :)
