There are some foods that when I start eating it feels impossible to stop. I am going to list these foods on here to remind me I need to find healthy subsitutes.

Ice cream
garlic cheese bread
macaroni and cheese
lo mien
crab Rangoon
egg rolls

Okay these are foods that are all high in fat and carbs, so I am going to start finding some healthy recipes to try. I love to experiment in the kitchen so it should be fun. I have seen a recipe for baked crab rangoon on the web somewhere I will have to find it.

    Ooooh! Ice cream is definitely my weak spot! I get the organic kind, thinking it is healthier, but it still has calories! lol
    Oh, and brownies too...I Loooove brownies. I make them with white chocolate chips in then...okay, I'm going to shut up now!
