There are some foods that when I start eating it feels impossible to stop. I am going to list these foods on here to remind me I need to find healthy subsitutes.
garlic cheese bread
macaroni and cheese
Okay these are foods that are all high in fat and carbs, so I am going to start finding some healthy recipes to try. I love to experiment in the kitchen so it should be fun. I have seen a recipe for baked crab rangoon on the web somewhere I will have to find it.
