Laughing Cow Cheese

This stuff ROCKS!

It comes in individually wrapped wedges. It is a soft "swiss" cheese and I used to eat it like crazy when I was a kid in Spain.

The light version comes in plain, garlic & herb and french onion. I tried the french onion this morning with the "eggs" and it is very good! My favorite is the plain though. the Light is 35 cals and the regular is 50.

Another thing that I do with LC is to smooth it on toast and with the plain I put some sugar free jam on top. Trust me - it's good!

Another great little LC product is the Babybel cheese. Another soft "swiss" cheese that comes in little wheels wrapped in wax. My dd loves it!

Give it a try - it's not like your other low fat/fat free tasteless plastic cheeses - this stuff is awesome!

    I love Laughing Cow Cheese also. Tonight I think I will try making creamed spinach with it. I bet it will be yummy!!

    Spread one wedge of the Garlic and Herb over 6 light Ritz crackers and top each with half of a cherry tomato and some garlic powder and oregano. Delicious.

    You bet! There is nothing like Laughing Cow. My mom makes homemade jalapeno jam, and there is nothing like laughing cow with jalapeno jam on wheat thin crackers! I also like it with peanutbutter...
