More on the Laughing Cow Cheese & my Smoothie

On my blogs someone commented that they hoped that it was "good" for me... not sure if they are thinking that the cheese could be bad for me? But, rest assured, this cheese (and most cheeses) are perfectly healthy!
Here are the stats - hope you can read it. I don't worry about the 1 g of Saturated Fat... unless I eat super high in calories I am always very low in saturated fat and I am generally low in overall fat. I have to work very hard to get enough fat into my diet as it is and one way of doing that is adding things like cheese, cottage cheese, low fat yogurt, etc., into my diet. In the end it's all about the overall calories for the day and staying in my ranges so I avoid fat free foods and work on getting enough good healthy food.
Now - the smoothie - I did cut down the amount of yogurt to 6 ounces and the mango to half a serving. I ate it (with a spoon, it was so thick) on my way into work. I so full right now! Whew! Usually, at this time, I am trying to hold off until 10 am - 10:30 am until I can have my morning snack but I ate the eggs at 7:30 and the smoothing at 8:30 so I don't think I'm eating again until lunch time!
Next time I do the "eggs" in the microwave I'll top them off with the salsa - that will be way yummy!
Here are the revised stats for the smoothie (the calories for the yogurt were wrong in the tracker so it's actually a bit higher)...
Calories 349
Carbs 54
Fat 4
Protein 25
It's a bit high in carbs... cut out the banana and it would be better.
