HIGH FIVE TO THE BUDDIES

I have been working out at the gym for two weeks now and althoguh I have only lost 2 pounds I feel great. My best friend got me started she has been wanting to do it for a while now and she got a membership to premeire fitness with a free pass for a friend. She of course asked everyone she could think of at the time who could afford it. But not me she figured I would either not be interested or not have the money. I make a couple of dollars every day in tips at my job and though I really dont have the money but I am a smoker and really want to quit so this is another way to help me with that. The way isee it is that cigaretttes cost about $5 a day my gym membership is only about $1.13 a day so you see I get fit and save money. I am really glad she finally asked me I really love the gym it is so wonderful to feel more energetic and, and I get to spend time with a great friend. If you are out there working out all alone try it with a friend. having a friend with you helps keep you motivated and you are more likeyly to keep it up. I know that if I was alone I would not be able to do it long. It would get boring, but my frined and I motivate each other and we get to spend time together everyday away from our busy lives and focus on us for at least 1 hour each day.
