Today is an accomplishment for me I am on a two day streak I know for some that may not seem like much but to me it means everything I have been telling myself for 2 years I wanted to start eating healthy and change my lifestyle and also to get fit because I do not want to have tons of health problems like my family. and I always have a reason not to do it but not this time I am doing it , and I plan on sticking with it till the end even after I reach my goals I have never felt better than I do now that I am making changes I have more energy and i sleep so much better. today is the second day that I have met all my goals I am so excited now if i can just quit smoking but one thing I have learned from spark is everything falls into place in its time

    Way to go! For others, it might not be much, but for you it means something and that is what matters.

    I know for me, that the longer I go without performing a bad habit, the more I feel like I have "something to lose". If I've gone five or six days without eating poorly, I think to myself "you'll be ruining a five day streak if you do this!" and that motivates me to keep going.

    Just remember every day is a new day, and you can do this!
